The first look of superstar Ram Charan from SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus RRR is finally here. After a teaser announcement, the actor dropped a poster as a treat for fans on the eve of his birthday. Fans were expecting the actor’s “Fiercest” avatar and that’s exactly what they’re getting. The poster features a rather ripped Ram Charan as Alluri Sita Ramaraju. He can be seen posing with a bow and arrow against a backdrop filled with fire.

Introducing his RRR character, Ram Charan took to his social media handles to share the poster with a caption that reads, “Bravery, honour and integrity. A man who defined it all! It’s my privilege to take on the role of #AlluriSitaRamaraju”

Check it out here:

Alia Bhatt also shared the poster and captioned it, “Fierce, Powerful and Courageous. Here’s Sita’s Ramaraju”

For fans who have been keeping with RRR updates, this poster was due to arrive last year itself. But the film, like so many others, was pushed owing to the COVID-19 pandemic. So today’s their lucky day.

RRR is the next epic in Babhubali director SS Rajamouli’s filmography. The film has quite the cast including Jr NTR, Ram Charan, Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn in a cameo. Inspired by the freedom struggle, the plot revolves around revolutionary tribal leaders Komaram Bheem and Alluri Sita Ramaraju who fought against the British rule and the Nizam of Hyderabad. So far, we’ve seen a couple of teasers of the film and more recently, Alia Bhatt’s first look as Sita. In case you missed it, check it out here:
